[On the song "The Weatherman" from The Home Recordings Good upbeat songwriting, well-arranged vocal harmonies which remind me a bit of Crowded House or The Beatles. I was waiting for the bass and drums to come in but they never did, I guess they're coming from a more folk space than pop or rock... I wish them all the best!

They allow ANYBODY to get up there. First up, and best of the bunch was Annafair, a 3 piece group with upbeat harmonies from Boston...Annafair finished up the evening with a few energetic cover songs. It was an enoyable variety show.

Annafair, featuring Lawrence resident Casey Sullivan, will be the first to take to the concert stage for Saturday's afternoon of music. The band will be promoting "Annafair: The Home Recordings," its new acoustic-oriented album to be officially released on July 13,
While the band is built on family, it steers clear of politics that are associated with the Sullivan name. Sullivan, 21, and his 19-year-old brother and bandmate, Mike, are the sons of Lawrence mayor Michael Sullivan, while their cousin and bandmate, Tim Sullivan, 17, is the son of former Lawrence mayor, Kevin Sullivan.
"We have friends in Salisbury and go to the beach all the time," Casey Sullivan said. "We've been writing our music for 81/2 years now. But the drive never stopped, and in the last year, the momentum really started snowballing."
